Whenever in the opinion of the Utah County Health Department any building or dwelling has, because required by the rules and regulations of the Utah County Health Department. It shall further be the duty of the Utah County Health Department to notify the owner, agent or lessee in writing of the action taken and post in a conspicuous place on said building or dwelling a sign reading as follows: “Closed to Occupancy by Order of the Utah County Health Department.” (Ord. 133 §1, amended, 1985; Prior code §13-19; Ord. 2002-3, amended, 2002)
