The permit holder shall warrant and guarantee that any street and road repair shall remain in good condition for a period of one year after inspection by the city building inspector. The city may, in its discretion, cause the permit holder to furnish the city with a bond in an amount sufficient to correct any defective repairs during said guarantee period.
