Any person convicted of violating Section 9.20.040 may be punished by a fine not to exceed two hundred ninety-nine dollars ($299) and imprisoned in the Utah County jail for a term not to exceed six months or both such fine and imprisonment may be imposed. (Ord. 43 §4, amended, 1978)
