No liquid garbage shall be deposited with any garbage or waste matter. All kitchen garbage shall be drained of any moisture and completely wrapped in paper before being placed in the garbage container. Bulky waste matter such as trimmings from lawns or gardens, weeds and cardboard boxes must be bundled so as not to exceed three feet in length nor thirty pounds in weight. (Ord. 20 §12, amended, 1970)
