8.16.040 Waste removal department-- Superintendent and employee appointment.

The city council may appoint a competent and suitable person to the office of superintendent of the waste removal department, and also shall appoint such other employees as may be required for the operation and maintenance of the waste removal department, and shall have power to remove such superintendent and employees for cause.
