The owner of every animal shall be responsible for adequate care for the animal involved. Any corral, pen, coop, stall, hutch, agricultural accessory building or other animal enclosures shall be maintained so as to be moderately free of excrete and treated for elimination of flies as necessary. Adequate ventilation shall be provided. Each animal shall have sufficient space to stand up, lie down and turn around without touching the sides or top of an enclosure or structure, and shall be provided with enclosures meeting the minimum square footage requirements per animal as listed in Table 6.32.010(a) through Table 6.32.010(c).
