Each separate antenna array on a given pole, tower, building or other structure shall be considered as a separate use, and an annual business license shall be required for each such facility. The amount of the business license fee shall be set by the council be resolution. Failure to comply with any of the requirements of this code, any applicable ordinance of this city, or any state or federal law or regulation constitutes grounds to revoke the business license of the facility.
