For purposes of this chapter, “disposition” shall mean to transfer control of city-owned property to another by any means including, but not limited to, sale, lease, or other type of conveyance of such property.

For purposes of this chapter, a “reasonable notice” shall mean posting notice of the proposed disposition in at least three (3) public places within the city and posting notice of the proposed disposition on the Utah Public Notice Website created under Section 63A-12-201 of the Utah Code, and posting the notice on the Lindon City website.

For purposes of this chapter, a “significant parcel of real property” shall mean a parcel of real property owned by the city with a reasonable value equal to or greater than one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000) or reasonable yearly rental value equal to or greater than fifteen thousand dollars ($15,000).
