17.57.150 Grading and drainage plan–Review and approval.

The drainage and grading plans shall be approved by the city engineer prior to final approval by the planning commission. Approval by the city engineer shall be based upon official standards.
It is unlawful to excavate or grade any area within the Hillside protection zone prior to final approval of the grading and excavation plan by the planning commission.
