17.46.030 District unit calculations.
The maximum number of units that are allowed by conditional use within each R2 Overlay district identified on the R2 Overlay map shall be established as follows:
District 1: 4 | District 7: 11 | District 13: 12 |
District 2: 24 | District 8: 4 | District 14: 13 |
District 3: 2 | District 9: 4 | District 15: 17 |
District 4: 26 | District 10: 6 | District 16: 30 |
District 5: 15 | District 11: 54 | District 17: 4 |
District 6: 2 | District 12: 10 | District 18: 54 |
As per Section 17.41.150, the Anderson Farms Planned Development zone is excluded from the R2 Overlay and R2 Overlay housing is not allowed within this zone.
