17.38.040 Required Forms.
This section is included in your selections.
1. Any person posting an Improvement Completion Assurance or Improvement Warranty shall use the original stamped forms listed below and maintained by the DRC.
a. DRC Form No.1 — Improvement Completion and Warranty Agreement Form.
b. DRC Form No. 2 — Irrevocable Letter of Credit Form.
2. The DRC shall have power to create, maintain, and amend such forms as necessary to fulfill the purposes of this ordinance. (Ord. 2015-9, amended, 2015; Ord. 2000-2, adopted, 2000)
