As EPA adds or amends specific pretreatment and effluent guidelines, or as the city deems necessary, the restrictions or conditions of a permit for industrial wastewater discharge may require amendment, as circumstances dictate. The city shall require an industrial discharger to establish an abatement time schedule to comply with any changes in the industrial wastewater permit. (Ord. 121 §50, amended, 1985)
