A violation of this ordinance shall constitute a Class B misdemeanor. In addition to or in lieu of any criminal prosecution Lindon City shall have the power to sue in civil court to enforce the provisions of this ordinance. Any one, all, or any combination of the penalties and remedies set forth in this Section may be used to enforce the provisions of this Chapter. (Ord. 2010-6, amended, 2010; Ord. 97-11, adopted, 2000)
