1. This ordinance is intended to assist in the implementation of the Lindon City General Plan.

2. The purpose of this ordinance is to regulate the use and development of land so as to assure that new development bear a proportionate share of the cost of capital expenditures necessary for public facility improvements in Lindon City. (Ord. 97-11, adopted, 2000)
