In accordance with Utah Code §41-22-10.5 and §41-6a-1509 as presently constituted or as amended from time to time, off-road vehicles legally identified as “street-legal all-terrain vehicles (ATVs)” may be operated on all non-excluded public streets and highways within the jurisdictional boundaries of Lindon City. See Section 10.18.03 for list of Excluded Public Streets and Highways not authorized for ATV use.
