Any person violating, causing or permitting a violation of any provision of this Chapter or the provisions adopted or incorporated by reference shall be guilty of a Class C misdemeanor, unless another penalty is expressly provided. Each day a violation of this Chapter continues shall constitute a separate offense. (Ord. 93-9, amended, 1993; Ord. 97 §3, amended, 1983)
