It is unlawful for any person to get on or catch hold of, or to race alongside of, or in front of, or attempt to get on, or catch hold of any street railway car, or any railroad car or locomotive, or any wagon, automobile or other vehicle while the same is in motion, except when required to do so by nature of his occupation.
