No remains of any dead human body shall be buried within any cemetery unless a proper burial permit has been issued by the city sexton. Burial shall not begin any sooner than twenty-four (24) hours after the issuance of a burial permit. (Ord. 2016-20 §1, amended, 2016; Ord. 11-92, adopted, 1992)
