It is unlawful for any individual or entity to furnish, book, or otherwise engage the services of a professional dancer, model, or performer to appear in a state of semi-nudity for pecuniary compensation in or for any semi-nude entertainment business or adult theater licensed pursuant to this chapter, unless such agency is licensed pursuant to this chapter.
