It is unlawful for any sexually-oriented business to do business at any location within the city not zoned for such business. Sexually-oriented businesses licensed as adult business, or semi-nude entertainment businesses pursuant to this chapter shall only be allowed in areas zoned for their use as set forth in Chapter 17.61.
