In the event that Lindon City elects to refer the expenses of abatement to the county treasurer for inclusion in the tax notice of the owner of the property, the city shall make an itemized statement of all expenses incurred in the abatement of the nuisance and shall deliver three copies of such statement to the Utah County Treasurer and request that reimbursement for the costs of such abatement be pursued by the county treasurer in accordance with the provisions of Chapter 11 of Title 10 of the Utah Code, 1953, as amended.
