Notwithstanding the penalties set forth in Section 6.04.100 any person violating any of the provisions of Chapter 12 of this Title shall be guilty of an infraction. Each day that a violation of this Section continues, after notification by the Animal Control Officer or his agent that such violation exists, shall be considered a separate offense.
