It is unlawful for any person to own, keep, harbor or maintain any dog within the city limits of the city which has attained the age of four (4) months unless and until such dog has been duly licensed and registered as hereinafter provided, except as hereinafter provided (Ord. 94, amended, 1982; Prior code §2-3(A); Ord. 99-17, amended, 2001)
