In no case shall electric fencing be the sole means of enclosure for livestock. Electric fencing shall be a secondary means of enclosing and restraining livestock. All electrical wires shall be located inside corral and pasture fencing and shall not be readily accessible to the general public. (Ord. 99-17, adopted, 2001)
