1. Unless otherwise indicated by applicable Utah State law, any person violating any of the provisions of this Title 6 shall be guilty of a Class B misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof shall be punished by a fine of not more than one thousand dollars ($1,000) or by imprisonment for not more than six months or by both such fine and imprisonment.

2. Each day that any violation continues after notification by the Animal Control Officer or his agent that such violation exists shall be considered a separate offense. (Ord. 2012-16, amended, 2012; Ord. 97-1, amended, 2000; Prior code §2-2(G))
