“Gross Revenue” includes all revenues of a Provider that may be included as gross revenue within the meaning of Chapter 26, Title 11 Utah Code Annotated, 1953, as amended. In the case of any provider not covered within the ambit of Chapter 26 of Title 11 Utah Code, the definition of “Gross Revenue” shall be that set forth in the Franchise Agreement.
