5.04.010 Definitions.

For the purpose of this chapter, the following words and phrases shall have the meanings respectively ascribed to them by this section:
“Business” includes professions, trades and occupations and every kind of calling, whether or not carried on for profit.
“Licensee” means any person to whom a license has been issued pursuant to the provisions of this chapter.
“Person” means all domestic and foreign corporations, associations, syndicates, joint stock corporations, partnerships of every kind, corporations, Massachusetts business or common law trusts, societies and individuals engaged in any business in the city.
