The reenactment of the PARC Tax Ordinance is December 18, 2023, and the effective date of the tax is April l, 2024. The tax shall take effect pursuant to the requirements and procedures set forth in § 59-12-1402 of the U.C.A. and shall be levied for a period of ten (10) years, ending on March 31, 2034.
