Lindon City shall utilize the primary election procedure established by §§20A-9-404 and 20A-1-201.5, Utah Code (1953, as amended), as the procedure to establish candidates for municipal offices if the number of candidates for any particular city office exceeds twice the number of individuals needed to fill that office.
