18.04.050 Repair of billboards.

Conforming and nonconforming signs may be repaired or rebuilt in part or entirely if damaged by casualty, act of God, or vandalism. Repairs or reconstruction must be completed within 60 days of the damage or:
1. The sign will lose its legal nonconforming status and must conform to the provisions of this title, or
2. May be deemed unsafe or in an unreasonable state of repair pursuant to Lindon City Code 18.04.060.
