The following signs are prohibited in the City:
1. A-frame signs.
2. Abandoned signs.
3. Flashing Signs.
4. Off-premise signs, except those expressly permitted in this title.
5. Portable signs, except those expressly permitted in this title.
6. Projecting signs.
8. Rotating signs.
9. Roof signs.
