Any person desiring to erect any sign in conjunction with a conditional use shall submit a sign permit application to the Lindon City Planning Department. In reviewing the application, the Planning Director shall consider the character of the surrounding parcels and the conditions of the conditional use permit. The director shall approve, approve with conditions, or deny the application. Appeals of the Director's decision of this title shall be made to the Planning Commission.
