Cannabis may not be cultivated outdoors in the light industrial - West overlay zone. All indoor cultivation of cannabis shall comply with the provisions for indoor cultivation established under Title 4, Chapter 41a of the Utah Code, as may be amended. (Ord. 2019-17 §2, adopted, 2019)
