A central recreation area shall be established in all recreational vehicle parks, which shall be easily accessible from all recreational vehicle sites. The size of such recreation areas shall be not less than ten percent (10%) of the gross site area of all recreational vehicle spaces, or three thousand (3,000) square feet, whichever is greater.
