A transitional victim home is subject to requirements of Section 17.70.030; however, documents provided pursuant to this chapter, or pursuant to Chapter 5.42, shall be deemed protected records relating to the safety and security of the proposed facility and may not be disclosed or provided pursuant to a request under the Utah Governmental Records Access and Management Act (GRAMA).
