Pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 19 of Title 11 of the Utah Code Annotated, 1953, as amended, the city council of the city designates itself as the redevelopment agency (the “agency”) for the city for the purpose of implementing the Utah Neighborhood Development Act, as amended (the “Act”).
