A fire report including but not limited to identification of potential fire hazards, mitigation measures, access for fire protection equipment, and existing and proposed fire flow capability. The fire protection report shall address, as appropriate, the State Forester's Wildfire Hazard and Residential Development Identification Classification and Regulation Report.
