1. In R1-20 and R1-12 zones, all buildings, including accessory buildings and structures, shall not cover more than forty percent (40%) of the area of the lot or parcel of land.

2. At least forty percent (40%) of the area of any lot shall be maintained in landscaping. On any lot, concrete, asphaltic, or other driveway surfaces shall not cover more than fifty percent (50%) of a front yard.

3. In AFPD and PRD zones, all buildings, including accessory buildings and structures, shall not cover more than forty-five percent (45%) of the area of the lot or parcel of land.
