Businesses should not create the demand for more than ten (10) patrons per hour, with the exception of preschool and home instruction. In the case of preschool and home instruction, the number of participants shall be determined by maximum occupancy load as determined by the fire inspector and chief building official based on the prevailing International Building Code and International Fire Code. Small businesses of this nature are encouraged to stagger classes/sessions/start time so as to minimize the impact of vehicle trips and parking requirements. (Ord. 2018-7 §1, adopted, 2018)
