Unless expressly modified in the development agreement approved in conjunction with the related PD Zone, or unless otherwise modified in this Chapter, the development/design standards and regulations for a given use within the PD Zone shall be the same standards and regulations for that given use as set forth in Title 17 of the Lindon City Code and in the City’s Land Development Polices, StandardSpecifications and Drawings Manual.
