1. All subdivision applications shall provide documentation, reports and plats as found in the Lindon City Land Development, Standard Specifications and Drawings Manual.

2. A person may not submit a plat of a subdivision to be recorded with the county recorder’s office unless preliminary plat approval has been received from the planning commission, as an administrative land use authority, and the plat has received final approval by the development review committee.

3. Subdivision requests and applications shall follow application requirements as established in Chapter 17.12, Document Submission and Review, and the Lindon City Land Development Policies, Standard Specifications and Drawings Manual.
