A conditional use permit shall be required for all uses listed as conditional uses in this division. For the following types of conditional uses final plat approval shall constitute the conditional use permit: subdivision, and recreation vehicle parks. For all other types of conditional uses, a specified conditional use permit shall be issued for the particular use as hereinafter provided.
