The City understands that due to financial constraints, some developments will be required to be constructed in multiple phases. As such, Lindon City is willing to make some accommodations to allow phased developments for site plans. Phased development must be clearly distinguished during application submittal and approved by the Land Use Authority. Application approval will be subject to the site plan expiration timeline as indicated in LCC 17.12. Each successive phase must be completed within 24 months of the previous phase with all phases of the site plan being completed within six years. Applications for new approvals shall be submitted for any phased development that exceeds six years.
