17.16.090 Provisions not Applicable to Public Nuisances.

Nonconforming status shall not be granted to public nuisances as enumerated in the Lindon City Code. Parcels, lots, or structures not in compliance with the Lindon City Code either presently or in the past shall not be granted nonconforming status.
