An industrial wastewater discharge permit shall be issued for a specified time period, not to exceed five years. A permit may he issued for a period less than a year or may be stated to expire on a specified date. The user shall apply for permit re-issuance a minimum of one hundred eighty (180) days prior to the expiration of the user's existing permit. Any permit may be canceled or terminated for failure to comply with the requirements hereof. (Ord. 121 §39, amended, 1985)
