No person shall discharge wastewater containing in excess of the controlled discharge wastewater containing in excess of the Controlled Limited and Controlled Admissible Pollutants, as established by the POTW from time to time and as set forth in Schedules 1 and 2 of the Orem City Wastewater Control Ordinance.
