1. Any firm, corporation, person or persons, or any action on behalf of any person, persons, firms or corporation, violating any of the provisions of this chapter shall be guilty of a Class B misdemeanor.

2. Each person, persons, firms or corporation found guilty of a violation of any provision of this Chapter shall be deemed guilty of a separate offense for every day during which any violation of any provision of this chapter is committed, continued, or permitted by such person, persons, firm or corporation, and shall be punishable as provided in this Chapter.
