The size, slope, alignment, and materials of construction of all public utility services pipelines, including building sewer laterals, and the methods to be used in excavating, placing of the pipe, jointing, testing, and backfilling of trenches, shall conform to the requirements of the city’s construction standards and specifications, adopted building and plumbing codes, and all other applicable rules and regulations of the city and the state. Any deviation from the prescribed procedures and materials must be approved by the city before installation or connection is made. (Ord. 2018-18 §1 (Exh.
