A separate and independent service lateral shall be provided for every lot or, for nonresidential properties, each building, for both culinary water and sewer service. Pressure irrigation services from the water main to the property line may be shared by two (2) property owners, as illustrated in the city’s standard drawings, which may be amended from time to time.
