No person shall operate or ride a bicycle in any area in any city park which is designated, by appropriate signage, as not allowing bicycle use, or in any area where such use may damage park facilities, plants, or other vegetation. Bicycles shall not be operated in a careless or reckless manner. (Ord. 171, adopted, 1989)
